This selects articles in [[:Category:Countries in Africa]] or [[:Category:Countries in Europe]] and orders them by ''category'' (which is used in combination with <code>headingmode</code> to put the category as the header). <code>{{DPL|mode}}</code> is set to ''ordered'' which causes the articles that are listed under the categories to be numbered.
