This selects articles in [[:Category:Countries in Africa]] or [[:Category:Countries in Europe]] and orders them by ''category'' (which is used in combination with <code>headingmode</code> to put the category as the header). <code>{{DPL|mode}}</code> is set to ''ordered'' which causes the articles that are listed under the categories to be numbered. The <code>hlistattr</code> adds formatting at the heading/top level, which encloses all other items; an ID is given, a [https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/sel_class.asp CSS class] is given to set the color orange, and a border and padding are set.
